How do I start using Venio?

Open Instagram, find @venio_app, and send a direct message — a simple "hi" is enough. The bot replies with instructions and invites you to forward a reel. You can also tap the button below:

Why didn't Venio extract a place from my post?

Venio reads the post's caption text only. If the caption does not mention a place name by name ("Cafe Leila in Tbilisi"), or if the caption is empty, an emoji-only string, or in a language the model handles poorly, the extraction may fail. Try forwarding a post with a clearer caption, or use a different post.

How do I delete my data?

Two ways. Block @venio_app in Instagram to trigger Meta's automatic deletion flow, or email privacy@venioapp.com with the subject "Delete my data". Full details are on the Data Deletion page.

Is Venio free?

Yes. Venio is free for individual use. We may introduce paid tiers for higher-volume or business use cases in the future. Any change is announced in advance on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

Which languages does Venio work in?

Venio is optimised for English captions. It can often handle captions in other Latin-script languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German). Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean captions may work but are not yet a first-class target.

Is my data shared with advertisers or sold?

No. We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. The full list of processors we rely on is disclosed in the Privacy Policy, section 4.

Does Venio watch videos or transcribe audio?

No. Venio reads caption text only. No video frames, no audio, and no images are analysed.
